Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Print-O. We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can return items and receive a refund.

Our 30-Day Returns Policy:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • in the same condition that you received it

  • unworn / unused

  • with any original tags or protective film (if applicable)

  • in its original packaging

  • accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return:

Items must not be sent back to us without contacting us first.

If your return is accepted, we will:

  • provide you with return instructions

  • confirm the return address (we do not publish our return address publicly)

  • tell you whether a prepaid label is provided or whether you need to arrange and pay for return postage

Any items sent back without an approved return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items:

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if:

  • the item is defective or faulty

  • the item is damaged in transit

  • you receive the wrong item

We may ask for photos of the issue so we can evaluate the problem and put it right, which may include a replacement, repair or refund in line with your rights under UK consumer law.

Items That Cannot Be Returned: 

  • items that are returned used, damaged, or not in resellable condition (unless faulty)

  • items returned outside the 30-day period, unless required by law

Exchanges: 

The fastest way to exchange an item is:

  1. Request a return by emailing team@print-o.co.uk
  2. Once your return is approved, send the item back
  3. Place a new order for the item you want instead

We will process your refund for the returned item once it has been received and inspected.

Return Shipping Cost: 

Unless your item is faulty, damaged or we sent the wrong item, you are normally responsible for:

  • the cost of returning the item to us

  • making sure the item is packed securely and sent with suitable proof of postage/tracking

If we provide a prepaid return label, we’ll let you know in our email response.

Refunds: 

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • we aim to process refunds within 10 business days of approving your return

Please note:

  • your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the refund on your statement

  • we can only refund to the original payment method used

Your UK Statutory Rights: 

Nothing in this Returns & Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under UK law, including:

  • The Consumer Rights Act 2015

  • The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

These rights may give you additional protections, particularly where goods are faulty, not as described, or where you are entitled to a cooling-off period for certain distance purchases.
