Print-O currently ships orders within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Times: 

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Processing times may be longer during busy periods such as holidays, sales or product launches.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times: 

We use trusted UK couriers to deliver your order. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–3 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (for example courier delays, weather conditions or seasonal demand).

Shipping Costs: 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order.

Order Tracking: 

If tracking is available for your order, you will receive tracking details via email when the order has shipped.

Wrong Address or Missing Information: 

Please make sure your shipping details are entered correctly. We cannot replace or refund orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at team@print-o.co.uk and we will look into the issue and assist where possible.

Please include your order number and any relevant photos (for damaged items).
